This Shipping and Delivery Policy (“Policy”) outlines the procedures, timelines, and responsibilities related to the shipment and delivery of orders placed on www.heartfulcraft.com (“Site”). By purchasing from the Site, the User agrees to the terms stated herein.


1. General Shipping Overview

1.1 HeartfulCraft is a B2B platform for handcrafted, made-to-order products. Orders are fulfilled directly from Indian artisan clusters and production hubs.

1.2 All orders are shipped internationally through reputed courier or freight forwarding partners.

1.3 Shipping timelines may vary depending on product type, order quantity, customization scope, production readiness, and the buyer’s location.


2. Order Processing Timelines

2.1 Sample Orders (10-piece packs): Processed and shipped within 7–15 business days.

2.2 Bulk Orders (MOQ 500 units): Depending on customization and product type, dispatch takes between 3 to 6 weeks after full payment is confirmed.

2.3 Custom Orders: May require additional time based on design complexity, branding elements, or artisan availability. All timelines will be communicated post finalization of specifications.

2.4 Orders are not processed on Sundays or Indian public holidays.


3. Shipping Responsibility and Delivery Terms

3.1 Once shipped, tracking information will be shared with the Buyer through the registered email or WhatsApp.

3.2 HeartfulCraft will not be liable for delivery delays caused by:

  • Customs inspections and clearance

  • Natural disasters or emergencies

  • Political restrictions or trade embargoes

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Buyer’s failure to receive or authorize delivery

3.3 The Company fulfills its obligation upon successful handover of goods to the shipping provider. Any further delays or losses must be handled through the logistics carrier as per their policies.

3.4 The Buyer must ensure that shipping address, contact details, and recipient instructions are complete and accurate. The Company will not be held responsible for shipments lost or misrouted due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


4. Shipping Charges and Duties

4.1 Shipping costs are calculated based on product volume, weight, destination country, and service selected. Buyers will be informed of shipping costs before order confirmation.

4.2 All international orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means:

  • Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or government levies in their country.

  • HeartfulCraft is not liable for packages rejected, delayed, or returned due to non-payment of import charges by the Buyer.


5. Delivery Confirmation and Acceptance

5.1 Upon receipt of the package, the Buyer must inspect the shipment for damage or tampering before accepting the delivery.

5.2 Any external damage must be immediately reported to the delivery agent and noted on the delivery receipt, along with photographs.

5.3 If the shipment is accepted without inspection or notation, HeartfulCraft will not entertain future claims related to transit damage.

5.4 The Buyer shall ensure that someone authorized is available to receive the goods at the designated delivery location. Failed deliveries due to unavailability or refusal may incur re-delivery charges.


6. Loss or Damage in Transit

6.1 In case of loss, misrouting, or theft during transit, HeartfulCraft will assist the Buyer in raising claims with the shipping provider but holds no financial responsibility for replacements or refunds.

6.2 Claims for lost shipments must be raised within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date.


7. Force Majeure

HeartfulCraft shall not be held responsible for delays, damages, or delivery failures arising from circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural calamities (flood, earthquake, storm)

  • War, strikes, riots, or civil unrest

  • Pandemic lockdowns or transportation shutdowns

  • Import/export regulatory changes or border closures


8. Acceptance of Policy

By placing an order on HeartfulCraft.com, the Buyer confirms:

  • They understand and accept the delivery timelines

  • They are solely responsible for local duties and import processes

  • They release HeartfulCraft from liability post-dispatch, barring shipping provider negligence proven by documentation


9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts only.
