Q1. Can I order a single product?

No. HeartfulCraft is a bulk-order platform for B2B buyers. Our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is100 units per product design. However,sample packsof 10 mixed units are available to test product quali

Q2. Can I choose designs or colors in the sample pack?

No. Samples are provided from available stock and may include mixed patterns/colors. Specific customization is only available for bulk orders.

Q3. How do I place a bulk order?

You can request a quote from the product page or via the “Request a Quote” form. Once details are finalized, payment is collected in advance, and production begins.

Q4. Can I customize the products with my logo or color preferences?

Yes — only for bulk orders (MOQ 100). Options include:

  • Color/material choices
  • Logo/branding
  • Custom packaging (neutral or white-label)
Q5. Can I reorder the same products in the future?

Yes. We welcome repeat orders and will maintain consistency as much as possible within handcrafted constraints.

Q6. Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship globally using reliable international courier and freight services.

Q7. How long does shipping take?
  • Sample Orders: 7–15 business days
  • Bulk Orders: 3–6 weeks (post payment & customization approval)
Q8. Who pays for customs duties and taxes?

Buyers are fully responsible for all import duties, local taxes, and customs clearance in their country. Orders are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid).

Q9. Can I ship directly to my warehouse or Amazon FBA location?

Yes. Please provide the correct receiving address and any labeling/documentation requirements.

Q10. Will I get tracking info?

Yes. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

Q11. Can I return products or request a refund?

No. All sales are final. There are no returns, cancellations, or refunds under any circumstance. Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Q12. What if my shipment is damaged?

You must provide an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery to report any damage. Without proper documentation, no claims will be accepted.

Q13. Can I speak to a support agent by phone?

No. We only support inquiries through the official contact form. Calls, personal messages, or informal chats are not accepted.

Q14. How do you ensure product quality?

Each product undergoes basic quality checks by our team before dispatch. However, minor irregularities are expected due to the handcrafted nature of goods.

Q15. Are all products made by real Indian artisans?

Yes. HeartfulCraft sources products exclusively from skilled Indian artisans and certified artisan clusters. Most items are GI-tagged or craft-region-specific.

Q16. Do you support ethical and fair-trade practices?

Absolutely. We prioritize artisan welfare, sustainability, and preserving India’s ancient cultural art forms.

Q17. Will you brand or include your logo in the shipment?

No — unless specifically requested. We offer white-label and neutral packaging options for retailers and e-commerce sellers.

Q18. Can I list these products on my own website or marketplace?

Yes, but you may not use the HeartfulCraft brand name or imagery without permission. You can brand them under your own label for resale
