✅ Step 1: Explore Products

Browse our handcrafted collections under categories such as:

Each product is listed with images, descriptions, and indicative pricing. These are made-to-order and subject to production lead times.

✅ Step 2: Order Samples (Optional)

If you’d like to test product quality before placing a bulk order:

  • Visit the “Sample Packs” section

  • Choose available sample SKUs (minimum 10 pieces)

  • Place an order with advance payment

Note: Sample colors/designs may vary depending on artisan availability.

✅ Step 3: Request a Quote for Bulk Orders

For MOQ-based purchases (100 units or more per product):

  1. Visit the “Request a Quote” page

  2. Fill in your requirements:

    • Product name/SKU

    • Quantity

    • Shipping country

    • Customization (if any)

  3. Submit the form or contact via WhatsApp (if enabled)

Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours with pricing and production timelines.

✅ Step 4: Customization (Optional)

We offer the following customization options for bulk orders:

  • Color variations

  • Size or material adjustments

  • Logo printing or branding

  • Packaging with your label

To proceed:

  • Submit your customization request before final payment

  • Upload your design file or reference via our “Custom Orders” form

  • Approvals must be documented via email before order is locked

✅ Step 5: Make Payment (100% Advance)

  • Once the order and specifications are finalized, you will receive a payment link or invoice

  • All payments are 100% advance; no COD or part payments are accepted

  • Secure international payment gateways are used

Once payment is received, the production process begins.

✅ Step 6: Order Processing & Production

Your products are:

  • Handcrafted by selected artisans

  • Quality-checked before shipping

  • Packed safely with care for global delivery

Typical lead times:

  • Samples: 7–15 business days

  • Bulk Orders: 3–6 weeks (depending on design & quantity)

✅ Step 7: Shipping & Tracking

  • Orders are shipped via trusted international courier partners

  • Tracking details are provided via email or WhatsApp

  • Buyer is responsible for all import duties and customs fees in their country

Important Reminders

  • No returns, refunds, or cancellations are allowed once payment is made.
